How do I place an order?

It's very simple: choose your favorite product, select the right size or color, add it to your cart, and pay through our secure payment page. You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can adjust or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, credit card and Apple Pay, among others.

Is it safe to pay at Mewoozy?

Absolutely. We only use secure payment methods and encryption, so your data is always protected.

Will I receive a confirmation after I order?

Yes, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over €30 receive free shipping.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We typically deliver within 7-14 business days. During holidays or special offers, it may take a little longer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we ship for free within the Netherlands and Belgium from €30.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link.

Do you also ship abroad?

We currently ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. Want to order outside of these countries? Please contact us to discuss the options.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

How does the return process work?

Send us an email with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return instructions and the return address.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?

Yes, please contact us and we will discuss the options together.

Are there any products I cannot return?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of hygiene products that have been used or opened.

Take clear photos of the product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours. We'll resolve the issue quickly.
